How ROH and FROH are computed

Hello everyone,

I have looked at the online manual but did not find the parameters used to call ROH. I have array and WGS data, and I assume the parameters will probably need to be adjusted based on input data type due to marker density? Wonder if there's a document where I can look up the parameters.

I understood from the output that only ROH > 1MB are called, so FROH will be the fraction of the ROHs called over the size of autosomes?

Thank you in advanced!

That sounds correct. There should be a text file in the output, defining the ranges of the autosomes that are actually used by KING.
